- What is Sunchaser club and how can I join?

- How do I access to my Sunchasers Account?

Login your account, click the "Go to Club" button to access your Sunchasers account

- Does it cost me anything to join?

No, the Sunchasers Club is a free program designed to allow us to thank you for your loyalty and reward you with exclusive deals and perks.

- I have two accounts. Can I transfer my rewards from one to the other?

It is not possible to transfer rewards between accounts. Ideally, you'd earn all your rewards on one account so you can reach your rewards faster. Our customer service help desk can check which account has the most rewards on it for you. You can live chat with our Customer Service or contact us here. Please note, customers are restricted to one Sunchasers Club membership per person.

- How do I maintain my Sunchasers Club tier level?

Once you reach a Sunchasers Club tier level, you will be able to enjoy the full benefits for 12 months unless your spend increases and you move up a level and enjoy even more rewards and benefits. However if your membership status doesn't change for 12 months, your status will be reviewed according to the last 12 months spent.

- Is App membership same as the website membership?

Unfortunately our APP membership is different from website. Currently the points on APP account cannot be shared with your website account and vice versa.

- Can I transfer my rewards from APP to website?

If you decided to move from website to APP or vice versa, it is possible to transfer rewards to a unique account. Please live chat with us or contact our Customer Service team here and we will arrange for your request. Please take note that we will reserve to reject transfering points such as "account creating" and "birthday".

- Can I opt out or cancel my account?

If you opt out of The Sunchasers Club, we won’t be able to keep you up to date on your exclusive offers, events and most importantly, your rewards! We'd love to keep you with us, but if you have made your mind, please live chat with us or contact our Customer Service team here.
Please note, if you leave the Sunchasers Club, you won’t be able to access to your Sunchasers Club page and verify relating information. However, you can re-join us anytime by just contacting our Customer Service.

- Will my Sunchasers points or Sunchaser tier level downgrade after I opt out or cancel my account

In case you opt out, we won't be able to provide additional points to your new order. Please note points expiration and tier level will still follow the standard rules.

What can I redeem with Sunchasers points?

- How can I get more Sunchasers points?

Customers can get the points by registering account, purchasing, inviting friends, entering birthday information, following Sixoneosix on Facebook or posting reviews. For more information, you can view this link: https://www.sixoneosix.com/pages/sunchasers

- When will I receive the points and when will my account be upgraded?

Once you make a purchase, the points will be added within 26 days after your payment is received. Your points can be viewed in Activities History under your account. When the amount spent hits the requirement, your membership will be upgraded accordingly.

- How to calculate the points for purchasing?

Every dollar you spent equals to 5 points, while please take note that the discounted amount will not be counted and the shipping fee either. Usually the points will be added 26 days after payment, which can be viewed in Activities History under your account, but if there is a refund during this period, the points will be deducted automatically.

- How do I get birthday points?

You can login your account to Sunchaser club membership page, then click “add birthday” to update the information. The 500 points will be issued to you on the day of your birthday. Points will be added within 24 hours from when you submit your birthday for the first time. If your birthday happens on the same day of your submission, please live chat with us and we will make sure you get your points.

- If I sign up after placing an order, will I still get points related to this order?

In case you sign up within 30 days after placing your order, you will get the points related to this order.

How do I refer a friend and earn points?

Login  your account to Sunchaser Club membership and click "Refer a Friend". You will find a unique link that you can share to your friends. Once you invite your friends, they will get a €10 coupon for their first order. If the total payment amount placed of the order is more than €40 and no refund is made within 26 days, then you will receive 1000 points.

- Why the points were not added after I invited my friends?

After inviting, your friends need place the order with your invitation link and the total payment amount should be more than €40 without refund within 26 days. Only in this way, the 1000 points will be added 26 days after the day when submitting orders.

- How to get the points by writing a comment?

Customers can post product reviews on our website through the link sent from Sixoneosix after 20 days from the order placement. This is the only way your points will be added accordingly. Please note that, for the same order, you can receive up to 2 review invitations

- Why haven’t I received the points after writing the comments?

Please live chat with us and provide your email address and the screenshot of your review so we can help expedite your points.

- How can I check my Sunchasers points balance?

Login your account and click the "Go to Club" button to access your Sunchasers account. You will find your point balance right on top and your related tier level.

- How can I check my Sunchaers points movements?

Login your account and click the "Go to Club" button. In the "Activities" section you will find all points movements

- What do these points status APPROVED , PENDING, VOID, DECLINED mean?

APPROVED status means your points have been successfully added to your account
PENDING status means your points are under review and waiting to be added to your account
VOID status means your points have been refunded
DECLINED status means your points have been declined because the associated order has been canceled or refunded

- My points are in pending status? What does it mean?

The status of pending means after the order is placed, the points will be issued, but the status will be pending for 26 days.

- Do Sunchasers points expire, and does my Sunchasers tier level downgrade?

The points will expire after 12 months of your last order date. Your tier status will be reviewed based on the last 12 months spent.

- Why my points were deducted?

The points will be deducted if there is a refund. Noticed that your order #-XXX was refunded US$ XXX, then the corresponding points will be deducted for your information.

How do I redeem a coupon or free shipping voucher with points and when will the coupon or free shipping voucher expire?

Login your account and click the "Go to Club" button, then scroll down to the "Redeem Rewards" section. You can view what benefits you have in your current membership tier level. You can redeem a coupon or free shipping voucher based on the points you've collected. Note that our vouchers do not expire.

Please note that only SAND, SEA and SUN tier levels can redeem free shipping vouchers. Free shipping vouchers cannot be applied to orders that ship to the United States Outlying Territories or the "Rest of The World" options. The free shipping voucher can only be used once. If the shipping fee is less than the shipping voucher amount, then the balance will not be refunded. In case the shipping fee is higher, then shipping voucher can't be applied. Simply enter the shipping voucher code when you check out, and you will see the free shipping discount being reflected.

Can I still be eligible for returning when using the coupon or free shipping voucher redeemed with points?

The orders purchased with a coupon or free shipping voucher are still eligible for return or exchange within 30 days upon delivery.

Can I combine coupons with free shipping vouchers? I tried to combine them and it's not working.

At this time, only one promotion (coupons, free shipping vouchers, promo codes) can be applied per order.

How do I use the free shipping voucher? Will I be refunded if the shipping fee is less than the voucher?

Please note that only SAND, SEA and SUN tier levels can redeem free shipping vouchers.
